Lustrous Gold Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia based interior design company established in 2011. We are set up with trusted team of interior design experts with over 10 years of accumulated experience.

We specialize in providing desirable layout of various interior spaces to our clients. Lustrous Gold helps to define the customers' needs by proposing integral solutions of space planning, fit out, designs along with project management to deliver for all segment of industry that ranges from retails outlet, corporate offices, restaurants, and residential.

1. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
First, kindly send us your information and message through this form. You may schedule a 30 minutes free consultation session by either Zoom or phone call. Our teams of designer are more than happy to answer your questions and will explain to you about their process. We will then make an appointment to have a physical meeting fro initial consultation. Please feel free to share with us about the ideas and preference design you have during the consultation session.
2. DO YOU OFFER FREE CONSULTATION?
Absolutely, we offer up to an hour of free consultation. During this session, we will advice you on conceptual designs and free space planning and feel free to share with us your existing layout. So, don't worry, as we will glady get busy for you. Budget planning can also be advised from the provided layout.
3. WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?
  1. An initial meeting for attaining more information on the project, then we will move on to the next step for conceptual proposal and layout.
  2. The proposal will at least take up to 5 days to complete, which includes a first draft budget for the design work.
  3. Appointment will be scheduled for concept and layout proposal presentation.
  4. Will then be proceeding to the 3D proposal. Once the design of 3D is confirmed, an accurate quotation for this project will be provided.
  5. As the details drawing, construction drawing, specs list to be prepared and quotation is confirmed, we can proceed with the renovation work.
4. DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTY AFTER THE RENOVATION IS DONE?
Lustrous Gold Sdn Bhd provides a 1 year limited warranty. Specifically on workmanship after completion of the renovation.
5. ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Lustrous Gold Sdn Bhd is officially registered with CIDB and is fully insured, carrying 3 million in third party liability coverage. Our company always follow and adhere to such strict safety protocols as we comply with Malaysia rules and relulations.
